Our training approach
At Randolph Walters & Associates, LLC, we believe that part of our mission is to help facilitate the training of future clinicians. We provide practicum/internship opportunities and mentorship for clinicians compatible with our core values. Our therapists learn to treat the whole person as we focus on developing competent and culturally sensitive therapists. Our trainees gain exposure to treating a diverse client population, and receive supervision with Dr. Randolph Walters or another one of our licensed professionals.
