Ronda Archer serves as Administrative Assistant for Randolph Walters & Associates. Ms. Archer is gifted in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere as the first person you will encounter when you contact our practice. She is particularly skilled in providing immediate problem-solving assistance to facilitate you in meeting your needs. She is organized, passionate and very professional. Ms. Archer has over five years’ experience working as a Human Resources Specialist in Corporate America and possesses excellent administrative skills. She is interested in domestic violence advocacy and the area of emotional trauma and has presented a workshop on the issue of domestic violence.
